These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hi99 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, and payment services. By creating an account and using hi99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and hi99. Using the platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — constitutes your acceptance of every clause contained herein.

hi99 is an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit, play, or accept any promotional offer. Age verification via NID or passport is required before withdrawals are approved.
Terms May Be Updated
hi99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect upon publication at hi99.im. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and associated winnings.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one hi99 account. Operating multiple accounts — under any identity or device combination — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hi99 ("hi99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any other way using the hi99 platform at hi99.im, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hi99 platform and must not attempt to create an account or access any services offered by hi99. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms without reservation.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall govern and take precedence over any translation or paraphrase. hi99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
By registering an account, you further represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (c) you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming; and (d) you understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the hi99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hi99 operates a strict 18+ policy across all services, game types, promotions, and payment transactions without exception.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Identity: You must register under your true legal identity. Use of a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
- Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on hi99 at any time. If you have a previously closed or suspended account, you must obtain written permission from hi99 support before registering a new account.
- Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of hi99 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
hi99 employs technical and procedural age-verification measures including NID (National Identity Document) and passport verification. Age verification is completed as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which must be passed before any withdrawal request is processed. Players who have not yet completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is approved.
It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not gain unauthorised access to the hi99 platform. hi99 recommends the use of parental control software on any device that minors may access. Account Registration and Security
To access hi99's full range of services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. hi99 uses this information solely for account management, identity verification, and fraud prevention, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (One-Time Password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hi99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify hi99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. hi99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
hi99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that it reasonably suspects is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to the Platform or other players. In such circumstances, hi99 may withhold any balance pending investigation and may require additional verification documents before releasing funds.
One Mobile Number Per Account: Each registered account must be linked to a unique Bangladeshi mobile phone number. A single mobile number may not be used to register more than one hi99 account. This rule applies regardless of the mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, Airtel).
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
hi99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi99 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hi99 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered name on your hi99 account, the deposit will be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation. hi99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your hi99 account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed. hi99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Processing times stated above are indicative and apply during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours; requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds that have been deposited but have not met the applicable wagering or activity requirements may not be withdrawn as cash. If an account is found to have been used solely for deposit-and-withdrawal activity without genuine gameplay, hi99 reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 10% of the deposited amount before releasing funds.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
hi99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions:
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
- One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — through multiple accounts, devices, or identities — constitute fraud and will result in account termination.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
- Abuse Prevention: hi99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close an account if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotions, or collusion with other players.
- Seasonal and Cultural Promotions: hi99 may issue special promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL, T20 World Cup, and other events. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for limited periods only.
hi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be notified of changes via the contact details registered to their account.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on hi99 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and independent of any prior result. hi99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Accepted Use: The hi99 platform is provided exclusively for personal, recreational gambling by individual players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, rummy, or other player-versus-player formats.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. hi99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating any form of betting syndicate through a personal hi99 account.
Disputed Rounds: In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software crash — hi99 will use available game logs to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance. This determination is at hi99's sole discretion and is final.
Sports Betting Integrity: hi99 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on an event where result manipulation, match-fixing, or other integrity breaches are suspected or confirmed. hi99 monitors betting patterns and cooperates with sports governing bodies including the ICC and BPL administration in integrity investigations.
Account Suspension and Closure
hi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: chargeback requests, use of stolen payment instruments, or identity fraud.
- Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
Consequences of Closure: Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, hi99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all balances — including original deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance after satisfying applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days.
Voluntary Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting hi99 support at [email protected]. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies to voluntary closure requests to prevent impulsive decisions. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. hi99 will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before the inactivity threshold is reached. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi99, its directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hi99 platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses on casino games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity on the Platform.
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond hi99's reasonable control (force majeure).
- Loss of data, account information, or game progress resulting from technical failures.
- Decisions made by game providers or sports governing bodies that affect the outcome of games or events offered on the Platform.
- Delays in payment processing caused by mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap) or banking partners.
No Warranty: The hi99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure before accessing the Platform.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hi99 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of any applicable law, or any fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your account.
Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language for all disputes, interpretations, and legal proceedings related to these Terms and your use of the hi99 platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
